Is my information secure using this site?

I love shopping, how do I pay?

  • You can pay via Paypal, DragonPay, Atome or bank deposit or transfer, either through BPI, BDO or Union Bank.

May I know the procedure in paying my orders thru bank deposit? Is there a deadline?

  • Upon check out, select the bank deposit/transfer and read the details carefully
  • It’s stated there that once the payment has been made, please send us copy of deposit slip or screen shot the transaction using your BPI app and email it at with the subject: Deposit Slip for Online Order xxxxx as our reference.
  • Remember; once you proceed with check out you need to pay it within 2 to 3 days to process your order.

Can I pay Cash on delivery?

  • As of now, we only accept via Paypal account and bank deposits or transfers.

How do I know if my payment went through?

  • You will receive confirmation with us regarding your payment. But if you didn’t get any message to us, you may email us and we’ll help you.




How do we track our order?

  • You will receive an email regarding the status of your order along with the tracking number.

Where do you deliver and how much is it?

  • We deliver nationwide.
  • We have fixed rate of P 150.00 for delivery charge. Note: This shipping fee will be waived once you’ve purchased P 1,500.00 worth of products.

When is my order processed and delivered?

  • Orders processed during regular business hours, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays
  • Purchases made during Saturday, Sunday & Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
  • We deliver the items within 3-5 days for Metro Manila and 7days for Provincial.

Do I need to be there when my orders are delivered? What if I’m not around?

  • Not at all. You may appoint an authorized person on your behalf to receive your order together with your signed letter.
  • Or make an instruction note while sending the deposit slip.

Can my order be delivered to my office address?

  • Definitely Yes, Just simply indicate your office address in shipping address.




What should I do if I received damaged items? How to return it?

  • In case of damaged item, we aim to take action immediately. Please email us at to report your damaged item.
  • Upon notification, customer will receive reference number for confirmation of your report. Customers should return the product with its complete and original packaging.
  • The Delivery Receipt should be returned back with the items. Prior notice should be made either phone or email for processing of return products.
  • We will replace the damaged item with the exact item in good condition.
